*All children must be 3 years old by 8/31
Half Day / 8:30am-11:45am
Full Day / 8:30am-2:30pm
Before School Care & After School Care offered (7am - 6pm)
***All children in preschool must be potty trained.***

Step 1 - Complete Student Application & Pay Application Fee

2025-2026 Application Fee: per student Pay $125.00 (non-refundable)

The Student Application includes the following required forms:

Read and sign e-mailed BCA Parent-Student Handbook Agreement

Statement of Faith
-
Photo Permission Form
-
Discipline and Behavior Agreement

Preschool Age Agreement

BCA Financial Agreement

BCA Grievance Policy & Arbitration Provision Agreement (Prek-12)

Step 2 - Once confirmation email received, setup your FACTS account to pay your Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) and to select your payment plan for the 2025-26 School Year

K3 or K4 Full Day $240

Step 3 - Provide Additional required information

Submit a copy of your child's birth certificate

Submit a copy of your child's immunization report showing child is current on all immunizations
Step 4 - Access your FACTS account to pay Supplemental Fees by May 1, 2025
* If applying after May 1st, Supplemental Fees are due immediately.
Step 5 - Access your FACTS account to pay first month Tuition for the 2025-26 school year
* Please note: all tuition payments must be paid through our new financial system, FACTS.
Step 6 - Attend Parent Orientation Meeting
